Day 8

Very hot today! The heat is not the issue Dude! The humidity is the issue! 32⁰C (90⁰F) is hot yes, yes, but but the ocean breeze made it fine around 10 am when we started our 3.1K (2 mile) walk, but as the humidity rose, our our posture drooped 😫

Today is Silvie's last day so we hung out at a couple of museums and finished up at Noa-Noa seaside bar where I mistakenly ordered a liter of beer:

It's not that it was bad (it was terrible) but I couldn't drink it. I think I don't look it in this photo but I'm pretty sure I was dehydrated and approaching heat stroke 🥵 Instead I drank about a liter of water with ice! A much better idea.

Silvie stayed but I got an Uber back to the flat where I slept a bit, showered, and then walked 2K (1.2 miles) to El Chipiron for dinner. I had very nice Calamares A La Romana:

Silvie got Paella and it was all very 👍🏼 Sorry to see Silvie go 😥 But we are good friends now and if my future trips take me to Prauge, Czechia then I am promised a custom guided tour!
